1) Introduce ads in free courses.
2) Give a free trial with ads on paid courses.
3) On the homepage of the website, add a button to join as a teacher to make it easier for teachers to join.
4) Implement a revenue-sharing model for teachers, such as 60% revenue to the teacher and 40% to Alpha Labs from courses, and mention this all on the teacher recruitment page.
